- The delegation mapping method is the practice of mapping a workflow step by step and classifying each individual step as AI-appropriate, human-retained, or collaborative, before redesigning the workflow around Claude. The classification is applied to every step rather than to the workflow as a whole, and mapping happens before redesign because the classification is what drives which features get applied where.
