- Stating capability accurately means describing what Claude reliably does and does not do for a specific use case in plain terms, avoiding both overstatement and understatement. An accurate claim names both the reliable capabilities and the known limitations; overstating invites a credibility loss at the first visible error, while understating, or false modesty, undersells a workflow's real value.
